WHAT: I challenge you to Ditch 5 things for 15 days and do something to sweat everyday
I am not telling you the details for the things you are going to ditch YET but you already know what it will be (sugar, artificial stuff etc). I have always preached your bodies need a break from all the junk. NOW IS THE TIME TO PROVE TO YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT. Why am I not telling you…because you just need to commit..TRUST ME!!! It WILL be HARD…BUT i promise worth it! ( If you’ve always wanted to quit something..now is a good time)
The Challenge includes instructions, motivation and everything you need to clean up your act. IT IS NOT A DIET and YOU WILL NOT BE GIVING UP ANYTHING YOUR BODY NEEDS IE. CARBS (I’d never ask you to ditch that). Will you lose weight? YES- BUT thats not the point of this challenge…POINT is getting healthy! There will be ways to hold you accountable and to make sure you are participating..no messing around!

Completing this 15 day challenge would instil a confidence in myself that is currently missing. I need the inspiration and know how to teach my self that food isn’t a gift to my body, it doesn’t have to be what I celebrate with, turn to in despair or run to when I’m angry. I believe that a challenge is just the ticket to proving that I can be successful!

I want to make more positive, healthy choices but I wasn’t quite sure where to start.

I exercise every day and need a little more of a push to lose the baby weight.

I am motivated to participate in the 15-day challenge because even though I am a Nutritionist I do take my health for granted from time-to-time. There is always room for improvement and by kicking a few crappy habits I have will not only better my life but my little guy’s life as well in the long run. Annie Côté-Gauthier – I want to participate and complete the 15 day challenge to prove myself that I can do it. I always had problem controlling myself not to eat crap. The first thing I would like to ditch for sure is chocolate. I eat chocolate every day and can’t stop once I started. I know I can do it and this is the perfect opportunity.

I want to do this challenge because I believe it will help kickstart my road to recovery. After a very hard pregnancy resulting in a very hard surgery to get her out, I have 9 months left of my Maternity Leave to get fit and field ready for my job in the CF.

Hi Stephanie – I’m motivated to do this challenge because I have fallen off my daily routine at the gym (work has become all consuming the last four months). I’m suffering by not putting myself first – I think this challenge is the perfect timing as I evaluate what I need to do for me! I’m looking forward to sweating again every day!

I am definitely motivated! I was in the best shape of my life last year – always telling myself that I could treat myself with food in December. When December rolled around, I kept my promise and treated myself all month
and ended up with a 10lb gain. I vow to not let that happen again!

I just came across this site and I’m hoping it’s not too late. I seem to succeed only at one piece of the equation when it comes to fitness and eating. Either I’m good at fitness and my eating habits are horrible or vice versa. I’m hoping to get the right balance of both to achieve my weight loss challenge.
